Information we collect

When you place an order, we receive information needed to fulfill it, such as your name, email address, shipping address, purchased items, payment status, and transaction identifiers. We may also receive messages you send to us and basic website analytics.

Payments and shipping

Payments are processed by PayPal. Tree House does not receive or store your full card number. Shipping rates are provided through Shippo and carriers such as USPS; the information needed to calculate and fulfill a shipment may be shared with those providers.

How information is used

We use order information to process payments, fulfill and support orders, arrange classes, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and communicate about purchases. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

Order records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Children

Purchases must be completed by a parent, guardian, or other adult. The online store is not intended to collect payment or shipping information directly from children.
