Return and Refund Policy

Effective August 19, 2026

Physical products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included parts. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when an item is no longer wanted or was ordered incorrectly. Tree House will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please contact us promptly with the order number and photos when applicable.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund.

Classes and lesson packages

An unused lesson package may be canceled for a refund before its first scheduled session. After a package has started, completed sessions are not refundable; any approved refund is limited to unused sessions. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be treated as used.
