Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Tree House ships physical products to valid addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer international shipping. USPS-compatible PO Boxes are accepted.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. At checkout, shipping is calculated from the delivery address using USPS Ground Advantage. USPS generally estimates delivery in 2–5 business days after acceptance, but carrier estimates are not guarantees.

Rates and address accuracy

The shipping charge shown before payment is included in the PayPal total. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after shipment.

Tracking and delays

Tracking will be sent when a label is created. Carrier delays, weather, and service interruptions may affect delivery. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, contact USPS and then contact Tree House for assistance.
